Checks and Money Orders
We accept checks and money orders which must be received within 10 business days of submitting your order. Checks MUST clear before we will ship your order. If you would like to pay for an order using a check or money order, simply place your items in the shopping cart and fill out your ship to information only. Choose "Check/Money Order" as your payment option. Once your order is complete, print the order number on your check and mail with your payment to:

When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship in 1 - 4 business days.
Continental United States
Currently we only ship orders to the continental United States.
Applicable Tax Applied
Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including shipping will be communicated following receipt of your order. Tax will be applied to orders shipped to PA .
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you would like to make a return. Please request a return authorization number by emailing email@example.com with the subject as “Returns”. All unauthorized returns will be refused. We will refund the cost of the returned items minus round trip shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be completely intact and packaged in its original packing materials. Before returning any product, obtain approval by contacting us and please provide the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Once we have received your return, we will apply the credit amount to your credit card or payment method . It may take 14 days to complete paperwork and extend credit to your account.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Please notify the delivery person if your order looks damaged, and refuse delivery of all damaged or defective merchandise. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you free of charge. If your order arrives with concealed damage please notify us immediately. . Damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. To start the process of your return call us at Fountains Everywhere at 814-425-1145 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject of “Returns”. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not replace or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs.
